Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/call center).
• Excellent communication skills in English language (verbal & written).
• Strong customer handling skills with ability to work on US processes.
• Proficiency in rotational shifts including night shifts.
• ANY PURSUING CANDIDATES ARE’NT ELIGIBLE

Fresher’s must be Graduate
Undergraduates must have minimum 6 months of experience
Experienced with BPO Customer Service or Logistics will be added advantage
