Job Description:

• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
• Take inbound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
• Handle outbound call to resolve insurance related issues
• Verify the credentials of health care professionals

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience:
  1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any of the Healthcare BPO/KPO (Voice Process) or Experience of International Calling
  Freshers with excellent communication can apply
• Work in Night shifts
• Excellent English communication
