About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in hiring across various non-IT sectors, including Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, BPO, Sales, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and managing the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle full-cycle hiring from sourcing to onboarding for diverse non-IT roles.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and direct sourcing.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews, assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Job Posting & Market Research: Post job openings and stay updated with industry hiring trends.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
  • Database Management: Maintain candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring processes comply with HR policies and labor laws.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment across various industries.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition processes, bulk hiring, and lateral hiring.
  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments.
  • Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, BPO, Sales, Healthcare, Finance, and Operations roles.
  • Ability to source passive candidates using recruitment techniques.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
