Job description:
- Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries via email.
- Chat Support: Providing customer support through live chat platforms.
- Social Media Support: Managing customer interactions on social media platforms.
- Data Entry: Entering and managing data in databases or spreadsheets.
- Document Processing: Scanning, organizing, and managing documents.
- Back-Office Operations: Assisting with administrative tasks, HR functions, or other non-customer-facing activities.
Skills:
- Good communication in English
- 1 year experienced in Non voice
- Immediate joining/ willing to relocate
