Arcgate is seeking skilled Non-Voice Customer Support Representatives to join our team and contribute to our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email and Chat Support: Provide top-notch customer support through email and chat channels. Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Interpret customer emails and respond in a creative and personalized manner. Showcase problem-solving skills to address unique customer needs.
- Billing Inquiries: Review, analyze, and respond to customers’ billing inquiries accurately and promptly. Ensure resolutions align with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Flexible Shifts: Ability to work in flexible shifts will be an added advantage. Maintain availability to support customers during peak hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Written Communication: Demonstrate excellent written communication skills. Craft responses to customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a personalized touch.
- Computer Skills: Possess solid computer skills, including proficient typing and navigation abilities. Utilize technology effectively to enhance customer interactions.
- Platform Proficiency: Prior experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is preferred. Navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently to streamline customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college.
- Proven experience in customer support work via email and chat.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms is highly preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at interpreting customer inquiries and providing personalized responses.
- Great computer skills, including efficient typing and navigation.
