Job Title: Makeup Artist Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with makeup artist clients / customers.
• Assist makeup artist’s/ Customers with placing orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with products and services and encourage repeat purchases.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest product offerings, trends, and industry developments.
• Brand Representation: Represent our brand professionally at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
• Increase brand awareness among makeup artist communities.
• Actively promote and sell products to makeup artists.
• Reply to customers’ comments, messages, dm’s, queries, emails and Phone calls.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Interested in social media and beauty brands.
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
• Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
