Description
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’re the one who assists customers to allow then to maximise their product purchase capabilities. Your day is filled with a range of focused sales support for customers who contact you seeking your assistance. When a customer needs your expertise, you quickly assess their requirements using the Customer Engagement Model & knowledge of current Apple processes. By helping Apple build strong relationships with customers, you are instrumental to our success.
- You will become a specialist in Apple’s products, features and related accessories.
- Establish rapport with customers so that they will proactively engage with Apple for future product needs, creating personalised, memorable interactions at every moment.
- Thrive in a dynamic, performance-based environment where the ability to multi-task is central to success in the role, along with the expectation of dealing professionally with all customers.
- Understand how to use multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies and technology changes.

The Retail Contact Centre operates 365 days a year, with normal operational hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday. Your regular working hours will be 40 hours over five days a week, with a schedule that may vary based on business needs. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll be working from the office during your scheduled shifts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English and Hindi required with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- High standard of written & oral communications.
- 1-2 years customer service/sales, consumer retail, or contact centre experience.
- Makes space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Actively seeks out opportunities to champion and celebrate inclusion and diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexibility to regularly rotate through different sales specialities and provide support to other RCC departments as required.
- Ability to thrive on change as products evolve.
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Strong communication & presentation skills that allow you to converse confidently when presenting solutions for your customers.
- As this role depends on the volume of the business, flexibility around shifts and weekend working hours will be required
- Flexibility to work shifts.
