Customer Sales Executive – USA INBOUND VOICE PROCESS
Five-X BPO is looking for candidates to fill the position of Customer Sales Executive for our USA INBOUND VOICE PROCESS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and promote the products & services.
- Calling back existing customers for upselling process.
- Selling trial of services being offered to clients.
Requirement
- Must have good English speaking skills.
- Must be undergraduate or graduate in any stream.
- Must be ready to work in night shift.
- Priority will be given if having any prior work experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Age should be between 20 years and 30 years.
Remuneration & Perks
- Salary 19k to 23k per month (including attendance bonus)
- 3 paid leaves per month (2 Saturday off + 1 Paid Leave)
- Sunday fixed off
- Login hours bonus (RS. 100 per hour for over time)
- Daily Incentives (Rs. 150 – Rs. 1000) + Weekly Incentives (Rs. 1000 – Rs. 3000) + Monthly Incentives (Rs. 2000 – Rs. 40000)
