We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a BPO or call center background to engage potential clients, explain our products, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach & Cold Calling
- Contact potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain our products and services professionally and persuasively.
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Secure meetings for the sales team by engaging decision-makers.
- Coordinate appointment timings and share necessary details with the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure attendance and engagement.
- Product Awareness & Communication
- Provide basic product knowledge about facades, glazing, UPVC windows, and glass partitions.
- Answer customer queries and address initial concerns effectively.
- Educate clients on product benefits, applications, and pricing structures.
- Follow-ups & Customer Engagement
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture potential leads.
- Handle objections and build rapport with clients.
- Ensure a smooth transition of leads to the sales team.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and call performance.
- Ensure database accuracy and update customer interactions.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or telecalling role.
- Strong verbal communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejections, objections, and generate interest.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, glazing, or related products (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in CRM tools & call tracking systems.
- Fluency in English & regional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
