- Job Analysis: Studying & Understanding the job requirements received from the clients
- Sourcing Strategy: Evaluating the different sourcing Methods for such requirements
- Candidate Pool: Generating a pool of suitable & interested candidates from various sources
- Screening: Screening & Short listing the profiles
- Interviewing: Interviewing & preparing candidates for further rounds with clients
- Follow-up: Following up actively with candidate until the Joining of the candidate
- Reporting: Maintaining various internal reports & client reports
