Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Back Office Executive to manage documentation, data processing, and database maintenance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office tools, data entry operations, and basic clerical work, with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and prepare documents and information for data entry

  • Conduct research to complete missing or incomplete data

  • Create digital documents from paper records or dictation

  • Review documents and data for accuracy and report errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor

  • Enter data into digital databases and perform regular data backups

  • Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems

  • Monitor databases and correct errors or discrepancies

  • Generate and export reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and monitoring office supplies

Key Skills Required

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

  • Typing and Word Processing

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

  • Data Entry Operations and Data Processing

  • SAP (basic knowledge preferred)
