Data Entry Operator

Location: Boisar, Tarapur MIDC, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems and maintaining the integrity of information. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Enter alphanumeric data from source documents into the computer system.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it with source documents.
• Update and maintain databases with the most recent information.
• Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by following established procedures.
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.
• Retrieve data as requested and ensure proper filing and storage.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding data-related queries.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Adhere to data protection policies and guidelines.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
• Contribute to the development of improved data entry processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• BA / B.Com High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Proficient typing and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is a plus.

CTC: 15000 to 20000 Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
