Job Type: Fresher, Full-time
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into company databases, software, and systems from various sources.
- Data Verification: Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, making corrections when necessary.
- Customer/ Vendor Sourcing: Actively look for suppliers closely related to the project by actively searching online on various platforms catering to freelancers and full time job searchers.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure that the vendors provide the datasets accurately and the customers’ issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Logistics, and Technical Support/ Quality Check team, to address customer needs and ensure a cohesive service experience.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Reporting: Generate routine reports based on data input activities, highlighting any discrepancies or trends.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information securely and adhere to data privacy and protection policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
