We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to manage Website Updates, handle Customer Orders, and optimize Product Content for our eCommerce Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress CMS, basic File Management Skills, and a knack for generating engaging Product Descriptions using AI Tools like ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Content Management: Update website data and information using the WordPress CMS Platform. Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligns with brand standards.
• File Management: Download and upload files as needed for the website. Organize and maintain digital assets for easy accessibility.
• Product Content Optimization: Use tools like ChatGPT to generate creative and compelling Product Descriptions. Edit and format AI-generated Content to meet SEO and marketing requirements.
• Product Research: Identify and research new products to be featured on the website. Collaborate with the team to determine Product Viability and profitability.
• Customer Order Management: Process and manage customer orders efficiently. Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS.
• Basic understanding of File Management and digital tools.
• Experience using AI Content Generation Tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SEO Principles.
• Experience in eCommerce or Product Research.
• Knowledge of basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
