Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to manage and update our consumer data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining consumer information in our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update consumer data into the company’s database.
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly review and update existing consumer records to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized database by removing duplicate or outdated records.
- Quality Control: Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
- Report any data inconsistencies or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle consumer data with the utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and management.
- Reporting: Generate reports and summaries based on consumer data as needed.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving data management processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
