Job Responsibilities As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Order Processing & Coordination: Booking and processing customer orders efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
  • Workplace Management: Ensuring the office is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Email & Communication Handling: Drafting and sending professional emails to vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Customer Support: Handling basic customer care tasks, responding to inquiries, and assisting with order-related queries.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, shipping partners, and service providers when needed.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Any additional office-related work that helps keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus but not mandatory.
