Role & responsibilities
- Inputting data from various sources (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, forms) into computer systems with high accuracy and speed.
- Comparing entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Organizing and maintaining data in a structured manner, including creating and updating databases, and other relevant files.
- Performing regular backups of data to prevent loss and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Keeping abreast of the latest data management technologies and best practices.
- Working with other departments to develop and implement data driven solutions.
- Identifying and resolving data entry issues or errors.
- Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents.
- Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
- Responding to data inquiries from other departments for clients.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
- Time management
- Relevant experience, even through internships or volunteer work.
- Certifications in data entry or related computer skills.
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- A bachelor’s degree, particularly in a field related to computer science, business or relevant field.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Working days: Monday to Friday
