Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into the company’s databases and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering product details (such as gemstone types, metal alloys, weights, and designs) into the company’s database with high accuracy.
- Updating inventory levels regularly and ensuring that all product data reflects current stock availability.
- Inputting and updating data into the company’s database accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring data integrity and performing regular data verification and audits.
- Generating reports from the data entered as required.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth data operations.
- Communicating with different departments to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management tools.
