Job Description:

• Inserting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entries.
• Typing the official letters and other documents with good typing speed.
• Handling existing data and editing current information.
• Good working skills of MS Office.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Keeping the office record updated.
• Any other/miscellaneous works assigned by the officer-in-charge.
