We are looking for fresher Data Entry Operators to join our team and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have basic computer knowledge, and be able to enter and manage data with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data from source documents into the company database with high accuracy.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents before data entry.
- Verify data by comparing it with source documents.
- Update and maintain existing database systems.
- Organize and store hard copies of data efficiently.
- Assist in invoice preparation and documentation work.
- Follow company processes to ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good typing speed (Minimum 25-30 WPM).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
