Job Overview
ANUATION is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator (DEO) to maintain and update information across company systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and online research.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates available for immediate joining will receive preference. Selected freshers may undergo an initial training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain text-based and numerical data accurately into MS Excel and Word.
- Review and verify entered data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Research and collect missing information to complete records.
- Ensure all company data remains accurate, updated, and properly organized.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling information.
- Support administrative and reporting activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with internet research and Google search.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay focused and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (BA, BSc preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
