Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software.
- Maintain and organize records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Verify and correct any data entry errors.
- Generate reports and retrieve data as required.
- Assist in documentation and record-keeping tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely data entry.
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in data entry or a related field.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 35-40 words per minute (WPM) with 90-95% accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and data management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
- Good communication skills in [English & Hindi].
