The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data before input.
- Organize and manage digital files and records.
- Perform data cleaning tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with generating reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and errors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in relevant fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
