Agri Search (India) Pvt. Ltd, a Research based company established in 2000, is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Data Entry Operator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in SAP, ensuring smooth documentation and reporting processes.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain data including contracts, invoices, and dealer information in SAP.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless data management.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Generate reports and perform backup operations.
• Assist in SAP system updates and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Scan documents and print files wherever needed.
• Handle document control and maintain an organized digital filing system.
• Troubleshoot basic SAP-related issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably using SAP in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP modules, FI (Finance), and MM (Materials Management) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including Advanced Excel and other data management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
