Overview: We are a well-established uniform manufacturing company seeking a Data Entry Operator with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel and be highly efficient in managing and entering data. This role will involve working with various departments to ensure smooth data operations and support the overall business process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input data into various systems, ensuring correctness and consistency across all records.
• Excel Reporting: Create, update, and manage reports using MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Data Validation: Regularly verify data for accuracy and update records when required.
• Inventory Management Support: Assist with inventory data entry and updates to track stock levels and order statuses.
• Documentation: Ensure all data and documentation are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Database Maintenance: Maintain and update internal databases to ensure smooth and efficient data retrieval.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to gather and organize necessary data for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in data entry or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and management.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of database management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
