Job Responsibilities:

• Complete Export Documentation.
• Knowledge of All type permissions from DGFT regarding Apply for Advance Authorization, EPCG Authorization and Importer Exporter Certificate.
• Shipment Planning & Scheduling.
• Maintain data for import and export of each authorization.
• Benefits under Advance Authorizations i.e. FMS, FPS, MEIS Benefits, EPCG Authorization.
• Checking of E-BRC status in DGFT Portal.
• Ensure the correctness of export transports document such as BILL of Lading, Lorry Receipt and Airway Bill.
• Coordinate with CHA for shipping Bill filling for every export shipments.
• Tracking of all shipment status flied, sailed and dispatch.
• Assisting in preparing of GR form and submission of it to the bank.
• Tracking of all shipment status and confirm the exact arrival of these.
• Tracking of Post shipment Documents that sent through direct and by bank to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation in any field
• Good Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Computer
• 1-2 years experience in Exports Industry
