Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining company data. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow security protocols.
- Retrieve and organize data for reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Perform regular data quality checks to detect and fix errors.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure proper data management and reporting.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as required.
- Keep records and files organized for easy retrieval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
