Key Responsibilities of Front Office Executive
- Manage Guest Check-in & Check-out Processes
- Handle Reservations & Room Assignments
- Greet Guests & Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Manage Phone Calls & Guest Inquiries
- Coordinate with Housekeeping & Other Departments
- Handle Billing, Payments & Cash Transactions
- Address Guest Complaints & Provide Solutions
- Maintain Records & Update Guest Information
- Ensure Lobby & Reception Area Cleanliness
- Assist in Marketing & Upselling Hotel Services
