Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Front Desk Assistant to manage front desk operations, coordinate between branches, handle CRM efficiently, and ensure smooth administrative support. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- CRM Handling: Maintain and update customer data, track interactions, and manage follow-ups.
- Branch Coordination: Communicate and coordinate between different branches to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Follow-Ups & Happy Calls: Regularly check in with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to client interactions, branch updates, and administrative tasks.
- General Administration: Assist with documentation, emails, and other office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate efficiently.
- Prior experience in administration/front desk/customer service is an advantage.
