JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Upkeep the site premises & services, in view of security, technical, soft services, etc.
  • Maintain routine records & logs of inspection, maintenance, repair, organizing routine servicing schedules etc.
  • Managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security etc.
  • Preparing monthly/weekly reports pertaining to maintenance and petty cash required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget versus actual expenses.
  • Vendor contracts management (Manpower Service & Equipment AMC)
  • Cost control and ensuring timely implementation of the assigned work.
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, building, etc.
  • Implementation and operations of Security and Surveillance
  • Liaisoning and coordinating with various govt/corporations departments.
  • Providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
  • Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
  • Provide work direction & guidance to HK and Security Staff.
  • Observe & implement proper safety practices at site.
  • Taking approvals for petty cash & purchase of material & prepare expenses vouchers.
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely manner & Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns also Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
  • Snagging & de snagging of units/property.
  • Monitoring the Front desk operations.
  • Site asset management and arrange for site equipment’s preventive maintenance for smooth operations.
  • Taking handover of units/property systems from construction team/vendor.
  • Maintaining unit/property till handover to end user.
  • Evaluate the work & certify/process the vendor invoices & taking a follow up of payment & generating monthly bills from portal & sending further for payment.
  • Analysing the work/services & taking quote from different vendor, prepare the quote comparison
  • Making PO/WO copy.
  • Extend help to other department staff as per requirement.
  • To be travel to other offices to attend complaints, as per requirement.
  • Doing miscellaneous work as per management instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus
