Experience Required: Must have experience in Client Support and Communication, handling customer inquiries and concerns through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support and Communication: Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and messaging platforms. Provide detailed information about salon services, promotions, and products. Support customers with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments in a timely manner.
- Appointment and Scheduling Management: Maintain accurate records of client appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and coordination with the salon’s front desk. Ensure that all client appointments are confirmed and that salon staff is prepared for upcoming sessions. Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communication to ensure a smooth experience for clients.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in processing client orders for products and services, tracking inventory, and keeping records up to date. Generate and maintain reports for sales, appointments, and customer feedback.
- Backend Administration: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that employees’ hours and payments are accurately recorded. Handle invoicing and payment processing, making sure all transactions are documented correctly. Ensure that salon software and systems are up to date and functioning efficiently.
- Operational Support: Help with inventory management, ordering salon supplies, and ensuring the stock levels are maintained. Collaborate with the management team to address operational issues and implement improvements to enhance salon efficiency.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement: Monitor and address customer feedback to improve overall service quality via Video Calls. Suggest improvements for the customer experience based on feedback and insights.
