What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach, ensuring a luxury experience from the moment they enter.
- Customer Assistance: Provide personalized guidance on collections, connect clients with sales associates, and address queries efficiently.
- Appointment & Calendar Management: Handle client bookings, schedule store visits, and coordinate with stylists and senior staff.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring brand aesthetics and hospitality standards are met.
- Call & Email Handling: Manage inquiries, follow up with clients, and ensure prompt communication via phone and email.
- Billing & Documentation Support: Assist in invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, sales, CRM, and management to ensure seamless service.
- VIP Client Engagement: Provide exclusive assistance to high-profile clients, maintaining discretion and a premium experience.
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)
- Experience: 3+ years in front desk operations, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Demeanor: Well-groomed, articulate, and able to represent the brand with confidence and warmth.
- Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Ability to handle high-end clientele, appointments, and store coordination efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and POS systems.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Luxury Retail Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in high-end fashion, jewelry, or hospitality will be an advantage.
