Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Executive for our Nursing & Paramedical College. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
 - Greet and welcome students, faculty, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
 - Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
 - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
 - Student and Visitor Assistance:
 - Provide information to students and visitors regarding college programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
 - Assist with the registration process for new students.
 - Direct students and visitors to the appropriate offices or departments.
 - Administrative Support:
 - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
 - Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
 - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
 - Records Maintenance:
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and contact information.
 - Assist in the organization and maintenance of student files.
 - Communication:
 - Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
 - Relay important announcements and information to students and staff members.
 - Safety and Security:
 - Monitor access to the college premises and ensure the safety and security of students and staff.
 - Follow established protocols for emergency situations.
 - Technology Proficiency:
 - Utilize computer systems for tasks such as email communication, scheduling, and data entry.
 - Assist students with basic technology-related inquiries.
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/ Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
 - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 - Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications.
 - Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
 
Note: Minimum 1 year of experience is required
