Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join us. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, providing excellent service and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. As a front-line representative of the company, the receptionist will assist in administrative tasks, client inquiries, and support for various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the reception area is neat, clean, and well-organized at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information related to the company’s real estate services.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure all visitors sign in and out as required.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for senior executives or real estate agents.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings, office tours, and property viewings if necessary.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for staff when required.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and other deliveries.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating client records, databases, and other real estate-related documents.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and contractors to schedule property viewings, meetings, and other events.
  • Handle inquiries regarding property listings, availability, and basic details of properties for sale or rent.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
