Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk activities, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. “Preferring Female candidates“
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supplies management.
- Provide support to office staff as needed.
- Monitor visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
- Assist with various office tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate and manage conference room bookings and related arrangements.
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively by assisting with any necessary office or administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact well with clients, visitors, and staff.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
