Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Management
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Visitor Coordination
- Maintain a log of visitors and issue visitor passes.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
- Ensure visitors are guided properly and offered assistance as needed.
- Administrative Support
- Handle courier services (inward and outward) and maintain related records.
- Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Customer Service
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Coordination and Communication
- Act as a liaison between departments for effective communication.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- General Office Maintenance
- Report any maintenance or IT issues to the respective teams.
- Ensure compliance with office safety and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
High school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered. - Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a front office or administrative role. Freshers can also apply.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
