Front Office Executive – Be the face of our organization!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management
    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.
    • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Visitor Coordination
    • Maintain a log of visitors and issue visitor passes.
    • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
    • Ensure visitors are guided properly and offered assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle courier services (inward and outward) and maintain related records.
    • Assist with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Act as a liaison between departments for effective communication.
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events or meetings.
  • General Office Maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
