Job Description:
- Manage all Front Desk Operations; interact with the clients and to handle the service requests and queries.
- Delegate the client’s requests to the appropriate employee in the company to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Courier Dispatching with proper track, Maintaining the file system, Faxing and Sending emails to various locations on a timely manner.
- Preparation of relevant documents.
- Coordination and ordering of Corporate identities and office stationeries.
- Distribution inward documents received.
- Payment of bills.
- Booking Services for the company.
- Monitoring of Utilities and Furniture Maintenance..etc.
