Job Description: A front office executive manages the front desk and reception area of an office. They are the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and are responsible for creating a positive impression of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, and managing outgoing mail
  • Maintaining records of office expenses, visitor logs, and employee inquiries
  • Addressing and resolving client issues and complaints
  • Preparing regular reports on front office operations
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Helping to improve the efficiency of the office
  • To provide audiological assessment and appropriate management intervention

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • A focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Juggling various responsibilities like phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the front office
