Gurgaon Front Desk Executive/Receptionist

  • Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcoming clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office.
  • Managing Calls: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages, or providing information as required.
  • Visitor Management: Maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor passes, and notifying employees about their guests.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating with other staff members for schedules.
  • Customer Service: Responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email and addressing any concerns.
