We are looking for a Front Office Executive cum Administrative Assistant for GGN sec 114.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk/reception operations, acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, faxing, filing, meeting minutes, mailings and deliveries, and coordinating meeting room calendars.
  • Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized throughout kitchen, conference rooms, stock and storage rooms/closest, and communal areas.
  • Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, stocking supply stations, and making sure equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events onsite and offsite.
  • Handle queries and address complaints.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
  • Maintain a visitors log book.
  • Have an overview of the office expenses and costs.
  • Help make travel arrangements or any other administrative help.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
  • Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
  • Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Candidates residing nearby areas of Dwarka will be preferred.
