Receptionist Job Description

  • Candidate: Preferably Female Candidates
  • Experience: Freshers or 2-5 years experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing Front Desk: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
  • Handling Correspondence: Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives or staff members as needed.
  • Providing Information: Offer assistance and provide information to visitors regarding the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Assisting Visitors: Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Managing Visitor Log: Keep a record of visitors’ details, including their names, purpose of visit, and time of arrival and departure.
  • Handling Queries: Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees promptly and professionally.
