Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 a month

Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.

Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.

Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.

Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.

Assisting clients with planning and making reservations.

Communicating with the Front Desk to confirm the reservation.

Maintaining customer’s detailed information.

Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.
