Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & Customer Interaction: Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly. Ensure a smooth and efficient front desk operation, including handling reservations and walk-in guests. Assist in managing VIP and special guest requests.
- Administrative & Operational Duties: Oversee front desk operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supervise and support front office team members, providing guidance and training as needed. Maintain accurate records, including guest check-ins, billing, and reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for room readiness and guest requests. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile accounts at the end of shifts.
- Staff Supervision & Leadership: Train and mentor junior front office staff, ensuring high standards of service. Assist in scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate front desk coverage. Address any staff issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Technology & Systems Management: Operate and troubleshoot front office software and reservation systems. Ensure all communication channels (emails, phones, and messaging systems) are monitored and handled efficiently. Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, pricing, and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.
