Nursing officer – D Care – Full Job Description

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 a month

Operational Skills:

• Experience: OPD Experience (added advantage).
• Language: Good in English.
• Assisting doctors and carrying out their orders.
• Blood Samples: Withdraw blood samples (Pediatric & Adult) and send them for investigations.
• Patient Monitoring: Recording vital signs of the patients & monitor.
• Taking RBS, ECG, and monitoring of patients with cardiac monitors.
• Ensuring all emergency medicines and all equipment are in working condition in the clinic.
• Assisting, guiding, and educating patients.
• Follow-up with Patients for day-to-day affairs.
• Admission of Patients in Hospitals etc. (in case of).
• Medical Records: Strict compliance with Medical Record keeping in EMR software.
• Strict adherence to updated international healthcare guidelines laid NHS (UK), CDC (US), and WHO.

Administrative and Coordination Skills:

• Checking inventories, equipment, and requisition of supply.
• Monthly inventory management, indenting, stock keeping, record keeping, asset keeping, etc.
• Nursing documentation e.g. Prescriptions, tests, medication, etc. in the record.
• Patient Records: Patient record keeping, etc.
• Orientation to Junior nursing team members etc.
• Communication: Must be able to communicate with patients and team members effectively and be conversant with communication approaches over the telephone, and via electronic media.
• A Senior Nurse should listen well and seek mutual understanding.
• Data-driven and well-versed in MS Office, Email electronic media, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Education: BSc. (Nursing)/ GNM
• Experience: At least 7-12 Years of similar experience

Compliance:

• Must be registered with the Delhi Nursing Council (DMC) or applied.
