Job Overview
Batra Heart & Multispecialty Hospital is hiring a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Gynecology for locum and on-call duties. The role involves managing obstetric and gynecology patients, handling emergencies, and supporting consultants in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OPD, IPD, labour room, and emergency patients
- Conduct patient assessments and clinical examinations
- Monitor antenatal, postnatal, and high-risk pregnancy cases
- Assist consultants during deliveries, surgeries, and gynecological procedures
- Handle gynecology and obstetric emergencies efficiently
- Maintain medical records, case sheets, and treatment documentation
- Coordinate with nursing staff, ICU, OT, and laboratory teams
- Follow hospital safety, NABH, and infection control protocols
Eligibility Criteria
- Valid State Medical Council or NMC registration
- Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology preferred
- Labour room and emergency handling experience will be an advantage
- Freshers with relevant exposure can also apply
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in gynecology and obstetrics
- Good decision-making and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work rotational and emergency shifts
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Freshers may apply for locum duties
