Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Prepare legal summaries, case notes, and research memos
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments and industry trends
2. Drafting & Documentation
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in preparing legal opinions, briefs, and client communications
3. Case Management
- Maintain and organize case files and legal documentation
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and internal teams
- Support case preparation for hearings and trials
4. Client Coordination
- Attend client meetings and document key points
- Provide updates on case progress and follow up on client requirements
5. Due Diligence
- Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
- Analyze financial, regulatory, and operational documents
6. Court Filings & Compliance
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and regulatory authorities
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions
7. Litigation Support
- Assist in trial preparation, including witness statements and evidence compilation
- Attend court hearings and provide on-ground support
8. Administrative Duties
- Manage schedules, meetings, and legal calendars
- Provide support to senior legal professionals as required
