Millennium Concrete is hiring a Lab Assistant in Greater Noida to support quality control operations at its RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) plant. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the QC In-Charge in monitoring and testing raw materials such as cement, sand, aggregates, and admixtures
- Perform routine concrete tests including slump test, cube casting, and compressive strength testing
- Ensure quality compliance of finished concrete as per standards
- Monitor batching parameters and maintain accurate quality records
- Handle site and customer complaints related to concrete quality and workability
- Coordinate with plant and dispatch teams for smooth daily operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of concrete materials and testing methods
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in RMC plant or construction lab is a plus
