About Data Analytics (DA)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Develop inspiring visualizations that deliver a great story and help make business decisions.
• Build and maintain both trend- and epi-based forecast models
• Standardize, categorize, and classify pharmaceutical products, data management, and data maintenance across different therapeutic areas for sales reporting purposes
• Provide inputs for improving dashboard performance and suggest efficient data transformations for creating dashboards
• Address data quality issues, such as data gaps or biases in underlying data sets, as well as their impact on reporting capabilities
• Oversee the maintenance of existing dashboards
• Understand the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business requirements and new software releases

What we’re Looking for

• Expertise in data visualization, data analysis, and automation
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• Independently handle client calls and support the team

Skills

• Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI, and Excel VBA
• Data analysis: SQL, Python, and R
• End-to-end dashboard development: storyboarding, wireframe design, dashboard development, look & feel, automation, and deployment
• Enthusiastic about storytelling through dashboards and highlighting any interesting stories to the stakeholders
• Ability to work and thrive in a highly ambiguous, unstructured, collaborative, and fastmoving environment
