Required Skills For Developer Role:

• Strong understanding of OOPs (Object-Oriented Programming)
• Proficiency in Data Structures
• Knowledge of Database Concepts
• Programming Fundamentals
• Expertise in one or more technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js

Selection Process:

• Step 1: Online assessment – scenario-based and objective questions
• Round 1 & Round 2: Basic Technical Interviews
• Round 3: Managerial Round – technical discussion and alignment with our values, long-term goals, and team dynamics
