Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Gen AI Developer Intern to join our AI team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI integrations, LLMs, and automation frameworks. You will work on AI-driven automation solutions, leveraging frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and Hugging Face to build intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate LLM-based applications using LangChain, CrewAI, and Hugging Face.
• Work with open-source and proprietary AI models to build automation and decision-making pipelines.
• Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Implement prompt engineering, vector databases (like Pinecone/FAISS), and RAG-based solutions.
• Collaborate with the QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows.
• Explore and test state-of-the-art AI frameworks and APIs for automation and augmentation.
• Document best practices and contribute to AI-driven tool development at Akross IT.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI integrations.
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Transformers, OpenAI API, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
